Shipping policy

Our online store is open 24/7 and we ship items from Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend so any orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be shipped the following working day.

We only ship to New Zealand Addresses. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location — please select the rate that applies to you at checkout. North Island delivery is $15.00, and South Island delivery is $20.00. Orders over $150.00 qualify for free shipping anywhere in New Zealand.

Delivery Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive once your order has been processed and collected by our trusted courier partners.

1. Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

2. Bulky + Oversized Items: For oversized items, the shipping cost will be calculated after your purchase. We will promptly send you an email for confirmation and payment of the shipping charges related to these items.

3. Local Delivery (Hamilton City): We offer local delivery to Hamilton and surrounding towns. Order before 1pm for same-day delivery. Orders received after 1pm will be delivered the next working day
